Cam and Helical Gear Driven System
MG-C600, an upgraded single-rotary disc type low mold stroke paper cup machine based on MG-C700 (60-80pcs/min), achieves a faster cup making speed of 60-90pcs/min which benefits from the low mold stroke and the design of highly integrated working station, especially more suitable for paper cups of a single specification due to the inconvenience of molds replacement. Whole machine main transmission parts are equipped with automatic spray oil lubrication system to reduce wear and tear. Meanwhile, it adopts open type intermittent cam system and helical gear transmission, which makes up for the inherent insufficiency of jitter and unstable transmission of chain transmission and greatly prolongs the service life of the machine and reduces the failure rate of the machine. While ensuring high accuracy, it guarantees the stability of the machine's operation, low noise and high production capacity.
Cup wall and the bottom of the cup are sealed with LEISTER bottom heaters (Optional) and EVER GREEN ultrasonic welder (Optional) imported from Switzerland and Taiwan. The whole cup making process is controlled and monitored by Delta inverter, Delta servo feeding, Delta PLC, Delta human-computer interaction touch screen, Omron/Fotek proximity switch, Panasonic sensor, etc., thereby improving the performance of the equipment and achieving fast and stable running. High degree of automation and automatic shutdown in case of failure to minimize the labor intensity of workers and achieve operational safety.

G. Switzerland Leister heating device is equipped for cup body and bottom sealing, bottom are heated at first before they are feeding, thus improving heating effect and helping guarantee knurling.
H. The knurling device adopts hardening treatment, make up the cup knurling more beautiful and increase it use life.
